We retain your account data — transaction records, session logs and identity documents — for the period required by applicable Indian law. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies.

Account Security

These Terms apply to every person who opens an account on o7r11 and accesses our platform where local law permits. They cover all games, payment transactions via UPI or Paytm, and any bonus or promotional arrangement you participate in.

We will always notify you of material changes via email or an in-account notice before the revision takes effect. The updated Terms will carry a new effective date at the top of this page, and your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Depending on the severity of the breach, we may suspend or permanently close your account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, or pursue other remedies available under Indian law. You will be notified of the reason wherever legally permissible.

All deposits made via UPI, PhonePe or Paytm are governed by Section 4 of these Terms. Each transaction is subject to our verification checks, and any disputed amount must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date through our support channels.

Log into your account, navigate to the Help Centre, and submit a request labelled 'Terms Version Request'. We will provide the exact version that was active on your registration date, along with confirmation of when you accepted it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, as outlined in the dispute resolution clause.

Yes. If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you may close your account before the new version takes effect. Contact our support team via live chat or email, and we will process the closure along with any eligible balance withdrawal.
